Budget Guidelines 2019 [ENGLISH]

Each year, we provide you with Budget Guidance documents to assist with financial planning at your hotel.

These guidelines include information on our current expectations for new items that enable us to stay ahead of the competition, as well as existing items with cost changes that are essential in achieving our Ambition to be #1.

Based on your feedback, we've made some enhancements to this year's process, including a limited scope of content, table layout and improved timing to better align with your hotel business calendar.
